The Mindful Me - School Readiness Program focuses on self help skills and building friendships in a play based setting.

Patricia Gibson
Mindful Me was founded by Patricia Gibson. Trish has 25 years experience working with children and has a Diploma in Social Science – Child Studies and Education. Worked in positions in Early years, including centre director, room leader, ISS Support. She has supported many childcare centres through Assessment and Rating and has a sound knowledge and experience in lesson planning.
Trish loves to travel and has experience in teaching English in Japan, working as a supply teacher in UK and worked as a high profile nanny in London for 7 Years .
Trish is a certified children’s yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for many years and is passionate about teaching children mindfulness.

Anne Marie Ryan
Anne-Marie Ryan created “Team Creche” an elite Creche for NRL football players children. This all began from her love of football and watching her three boys play rugby league.
Team Creche provides a fun, educational child minding service at All Home games for Rabbitos, Sharks, Sea Eagles, Panthers, Eels and the State Of Origin.
Anne-Marie has dedicated 30 years in the Children’s Services Sector working as a Director of Drummoyne Occasional Care for over 18 years.
She loves spending time with her grandchildren and is currently working as a nanny.

Gavin Christensen
Gavin is the founder and creative director of OOSH TV, he has worked as an animator on local and international children’s television series.
Gav has worked as an Early Childhood Educator in Sydney, Japan and France. His qualifications include Bachelor of Design, Visual Communication, Diploma of Acting for Stage and Screen, Shodan in Aikido and short courses such as Early Childhood Development and Business management.
Gavin has been a volunteer for over a decade at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick and at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence.

Fran Kanaan
Fran has a Bachelors Degree in Education and Social Work. She has spent her career in Early Childhood Education and working with vulnerable families.
This includes teaching in mainstream primary education, Jarjum College, and at a school for children on the autism spectrum.
More recently as a Supported Playgroup Facilitator and a Family Support Worker

At Mindful Me we believe in a child-focused approach, tailoring each session to different age groups. This ensures that every child experiences the joy of our school readiness, mindfulness and yoga workshops in a way that is developmentally appropriate and engaging.
